IMPORTANT NOTICE

I am leaving my practice at the end of June, 2026. If you are a new client, you are still welcome to book. I am currently exploring options for another RMT to take over my practice and continue with treatment in the same space. If that doesn’t pan out, I will provide a list of local RMTs that are accepting new clients. Appointments will continue as scheduled through the end of June, and I will share further updates as plans are confirmed.

Please note, I do not accept WSBC or ICBC clients, nor do I provide pregnancy massage.

CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made between 24-12 hours before the appointment start time will result in a 50% charge of the treatment fee. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 12 hours before the start time will result in a 100% charge of the treatment fee.

I am unable to direct bill appointments that do not take place. All late cancellation or no show fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
