I am a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, class of 2017. As an RMT, it is my mission to address clients needs by providing a safe and supportive space, and relaxed yet effective therapeutic treatment.

My sessions include hands on treatment and movement therapy to address general aches and pains, soft tissue injuries and stress related discomfort including headaches and tension, by utilizing various massage therapy techniques including Swedish/relaxation massage, deep tissue, point specific pressure and passive stretching, as well as breath work to calm the nervous system and guided movement for a whole body integrated approach.

Outside of work I can be found enjoying nature on a good hike, camping or cold dipping; doing yoga; or curled up with a good book.
